Microbusiness Ranks Expected to Grow in 2007

According to Dawn Rivers Baker, the Editor of the Microbusiness Journal, these major trends are among those that will shape microbusinesses during 2007:

  • The numbers of microbusinesses will continue to climb in 2007.
  • The new Democratic Congress will bring a renewed focus on low and middle income families that is likely to include more attention for microbusinesses.
  • Look for the financial services industry to be hot on the tail of IT in pursuit of the microbusiness market

I’ve posted my interview of Dawn about trends in microbusinesses for 2007.  It’s a 3-way combo:  a written article, a recorded podcast, and a full transcript of the podcast.
